Elizabeth L. Wildhack devotes her practice to the areas of trust and estates, including wills, living trusts, powers of attorney, advance directives; estate and special needs planning for the disabled; elder law; probate administration; and decedents' estates and trust administration. An active member of the legal community, Ms. Wildhack currently serves as Assistant Commissioner of Accounts for the Circuit Court of Arlington County. She also currently serves as Treasurer of the Virginia Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and as Co-Chair of the Arlington County Bar Association, Section on Law and Aging, and is a member of several professional organizations.
Ms. Wildhack received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia and her Juris Doctor degree, summa cum laude, from Washington College of Law of American University. She is admitted to practice in the State of Virginia and the District of Columbia, and before the and the Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia and the Fourth Circuit District Court of Appeals.
As a third generation Arlingtonian and a second generation attorney practicing in the Arlington area, Ms. Wildhack is dedicated to serving the Arlington community and is actively involved in a number of community organizations.
